Results from the HMSA Tournament in Minesota.
1st Place - Shohoku
2nd Place - NS2Faded
The NS2Faded fell a lil short of another championship. Will they show up in New York and win a national championship?
They certaintly have the firepower now to take on any team in the country with the additions of Minnesota superstars, Lou
Cha & Alex Lee, with the #1 player in the country #1 Xiro. WOH? How did they even lose? Goes to show you that any team
can be beat in asian basketball. So all teams need to keep workin hard to build your programs, because you never know how
far you can go! Next big tourney Dreamleague Las Vegas September 8-9.

everyone enjoyed the competition. We hope to see you next year!
Final Four Analysis
#5 Team Jacksonville 34 vs #8 NS2Faded
24
(#1) Xiro and (#11) Alex, of the NS2Faded were the talk of the tournament
all day. They showed their offensive skills and dazzling the crowd, proving why they are the top tando guards in the country.
And after taking care of the #1 seed Team United in a blowout, they were not ready to face the tough veteran team Team Jacksonville.
The first half was close, but Xiro and the NS2Faded could not buy a shot in the second half. Team Jacksonville was steady,
and was lead by the tournaments top big man #33 Robert Reyes.
#2 Team Oklahoma 41 vs #3 Team Orlando
34
Team Oklahoma had the height advantage on most of the teams in the tournament.
They nearly lost to Team Charleston earlier in the playoffs being down 8 points with less than 4 minutes left in the
game. But like true champions they overcame the deficit and won the game. Even with their size advantage they did not dominate
the teams they played. But they got better as the day went along. Team Orlando (finished in the Final Four of the Classic
in 2006) proved to be a tough matchup for Team Oklahoma with the always strong play of veterans Tony Khuu
and Duane Rosario.

like Team Ohio, Team Oklahoma, Team Jacksonville, NS2Faded, Team Houston,
Team United , Teddy Bears, Team Charleston, and Team Orlando will be attending. Also we have been notified that Tony
Akins (former Georgia Tech guard) will be playing with the Teddy Bears. We will see if Tony can help them win another championship
and get back there crown of the best in ATL! And maybe we will see a matchup between Xiro and Tony. That should be fun to
watch. For those who are not going to be here, you are missing out on some great asian basketball tournament action! We will

This year's Classic should be the most competitive tournament that we have had in recent years. With more new
top teams attending this year, it will be a battle on August 11th. Can the Teddy Bears get their respect back to bring home
the title back to ATL, GA! Or will Team Ohio repeat as champs? We will find out on August 11th. Here are the teams we think
that should finish in the top 4 at the
Atlanta Classic.
Team Jacksonville
Teddy Bears
Team United
Team Oklahoma
