July 4th Tournament - St.Paul,
Minnesota
Champions - Dynasty
Runners Up - Shohoku
Dynasty
is back once again for another run. Xiao Lee and his brother Alex are back together to bring the once dominate Dynasty team
back on the map. The July 4th tourney is a great tradition in Minnesota still, but has lost some of its appeal nationally.
Lots of tournaments are facing some of these issues due to the economy. Teams are traveling less, and if they are to travel,
they want to go to tournaments that are worth their money.
July 18th
Charlotte Tourney
Champions - Team United
Runners Up - Teddy Bears
A rematch for the championship
and payback for Team United who lost to the Teddy Bears the previous year at this tournament. These two teams have a little
rivalry going for the last 4 or five years facing each other.

Champions - Teddy Bears
Korean Nationals - Chicago, Illinios
Champions - Wooreelitech
Wooreelitech remains dominate over the Korean American
Basketball scene. They dominated the tournament with victories averaging over 20 plus points per game. We hope to see this
team in Atlanta to compete for the National Championships on October. Congratulations to the Wooreelitech team for their accomplishments
this year.
